ALL THE BRIDESMAIDS I NEVER HAD
Images by Facet Photography
Rachael's getting married.
She's been dreaming of the perfect wedding since she was old enough to stomp around her Christmas tree in a meringue-like white gown. Armed with a decade's worth of bridal magazines, she's picked out the perfect venue, the perfect dress, and the perfect flowers. If only her bridesmaids were so perfect.
All The Bridesmaids I Never Had was commissioned as part of Assemble Fest 2016, and was performed inside Lydia's Cakeaway. Featuring music from the amazing Grace Christiansen, hideous bridemaids' dresses, and copious amounts of cake, ATBINH was a show about the value of female friendships.
Assemble Fest is an arts festival which takes place in a range of independent businesses and public spaces down a street in Hull - find out more here.
